This is a journey through my second Whole30 experience. The first one in November went pretty well up until the end when my stomach started hating everything. I got a bit fed up and began eating whatever I liked, usually sugar-packed rubbish. It made me feel terrible, but I persevered.
Now it’s January and a chance to start afresh with another Whole30. I want the energy and enthusiasm for life back. I also want to complete the re-entry phase properly to discover how the food groups affect me, and also which FODMAPS I need to avoid.
These are my January Whole30 guidelines: - Eat REAL FOOD - Eat three meals with appropriate portions of protein, fat, and carbohydrates - Drink loads of water - Get a lot of sleep - Avoid snacking - Avoid FODMAPS - Avoid coffee - Complete the January Blogilates calendar
