The best Whole30 success tip I can give you is to write out your goals. What do you want to achieve from your month of eating clean?

I firmly believe in having goals and getting them down on paper. They keep you focused and help you stay on track. They are especially important when undergoing a challenge such as a Whole30. Quick defrosting

I never remember to take meat out of the freezer before I leave in the morning, which complicates things when I get home from school, desperately hungry.

I’m not the first one to think of this tip, but who doesn’t need reminding? It has saved me going mad from hunger, cooking undefrosted meat, or wasting the disgusting hard bits that the microwave always leaves me with.

Things You Should Buy Before Your Whole30 Begins

I thought I’d be ok without these obscure ‘luxury items’ and organic goods during my first Whole30. I was wrong.

As I scrolled through recipe after recipe, I became increasingly frustrated because I didn’t have certain ingredients which seemed to keep popping up all over the place.

I caved after about a week and ordered a whole bunch from iHerb, an online store which keeps expats in Korea smiling with deliveries of organic groceries and familiar treats. Check it out if you’re far from home.
