General Feeling: I woke up pretty grumpy but that faded as the day wore on.
Workout Confidence: I pushed myself further than before on the treadmill so I’m pretty pleased with that.
Food Edibility: I didn’t have to cook anything today which feels absolutely great! It’s been a productive week.
Financial State: Doing pretty well. Even treated myself to a movie tonight.
Meals:
Breakfast: I made unbelievably smooth crockpot pumpkin soup last night which went perfectly with leftover Moroccan meatballs for a different kind of breakfast.
Lunch: It was so cold that I really wanted soup so I warmed up the rest of the mandarin chicken, added bone broth and a few other things to the sauce, and took it all off the bones. It felt really nutritious, and of course tasty.
Dinner: Leftover cooked chicken breast made an amazing salad. I love chicken and mayo together. The best combo.
