General feeling: Great!
Workout confidence: Less great. I guess a few weeks of eating a load of crap and doing no exercise doesn’t help.
Food edibility: Pretty good. I’ll get bored if I don’t look up some new recipes soon though. Especially at breakfast.
Financial state: I sorted out my 100,000won for each week and am feeling on top of it all at the moment.
Breakfast: Poached eggs with breakfast veggies.
Lunch: Eggs for lunch too!? This was an amazing eggy salad.
Dinner: was the best. Beef ribs. Spicy and delicious.
